Refund Policy

At JAS Hospital (Jeevan Avtar Superspeciality Hospital LLP), we understand that your plans may change, and we have a structured refund policy to accommodate these situations.

Appointment Cancellation:

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund of any charges paid.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of INR 200.
  • No Show: Missed appointments without any prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

Process for Refund: To request a refund, please contact our billing office at +91-08069409845. Refund requests will be processed in accordance with our hospital policies and may take a certain number of days to complete.

Refusal of Refund: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request for cancellation is not legitimate or in cases of repeated cancellations.

Please note that this refund policy applies to charges paid for appointments and does not cover other services or products that may be offered by JAS Hospital.
